Our insurance risk services group provides preparation services resulting from the Annual Financial Reporting Model Regulation "AFRMR" aka "Model Audit" or "MAR". The Model Audit Rule adopts various components from the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and extends these requirements to privately held insurers meeting certain revenue thresholds.
